Turn The Lights On Coloring Contest

The Turn On the Lights Contest, brought to you by First Financial Bank, brings the spirit of BLINK 2026 into communities across the region, inviting kids 12 and under to get creative and celebrate innovation, connection and imagination. One grand prize winner will have the unforgettable opportunity to “Turn the Lights On” and officially kick off BLINK 2026 at the first-ever Ready. Set. BLINK! Opening Ceremony. 

Official Rules 

• ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to legal residents of Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana who are 12 years of age or younger at the time of entry and who reside within twenty-five (25) miles of a First Financial Bank financial center. Void everywhere else. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Associates or agents of First Financial Bank and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising/promotional agencies, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. First Financial Bank is not responsible for illegible, forged, mutilated, lost, stolen, or damaged entries 

• ENTRY AND SUBMISSION: The official coloring sheet can be picked up at any participating First Financial Bank financial center or select community locations throughout Greater Cincinnati. Coloring sheet can also be downloaded and printed from the BLINK website. Individuals may enter by coloring a provided coloring sheet, completing the contact information found on the reverse side of the coloring sheet, and submitting it to any participating First Financial Bank financial center of choice. By entering, entrants and their parents or legal guardians acknowledge compliance with the Official Rules including all eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by the Official Rules of this contest. Any entry which, in the sole determination of First Financial Bank, does not comply with the Official Rules or the eligibility requirements may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, First Financial Bank will determine the entrant in its sole discretion. 

• CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on August 31, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on September 25, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 25, 2026. 

• ONE ENTRY PER CHILD: Limit one (1) entry per eligible child. If multiple entries are submitted from the same individual, only the first entry will be considered for the contest. 

• WINNER SELECTION: Entries will be judged by representatives of BLINK and First Financial Bank based on creativity, originality, and overall presentation. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected. First Financial Bank will notify winner’s parent or legal guardian by October 1, 2026 via phone or email. If the winner’s parent or legal guardian does not reply within three (3) days of the initial attempted notification, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of a prize constitutes: (1) permission for BLINK, First Financial Bank and First Financial Bank's parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors or advertising/promotional agencies to use the winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; and (2) an acknowledgement by the winner and the winner’s parent or legal guardian to be bound by the Official Rules and by the decisions of First Financial Bank with respect to the contest. Winner’s parent or legal guardian may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity and Liability Release within four (4) days of First Financial Bank’s initial attempted notification. Failure to comply with this provision may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. 

• GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize winner and one parent or legal guardian, upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, will be invited to participate in the Ready. Set. BLINK! Opening Ceremony on October 8, 2026, where the winner and one parent or legal guardian will join BLINK organizers on stage to help "Turn the Lights On" and officially kick off BLINK 2026. Transportation, parking, meals, lodging, and all other expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner’s parent or legal guardian. Participation in the Opening Ceremony is subject to event rules, safety requirements, weather conditions, production needs, and any other requirements established by BLINK, First Financial Bank, or event organizers. The Grand Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. No prize substitution is permitted, except at First Financial Bank’s sole discretion. 

• PUBLICITY & ARTWORK PERMISSION: All entries become the property of First Financial Bank and will not be returned or acknowledged. By entering, the entrant’s parent or legal guardian grants BLINK and First Financial Bank permission to photograph, reproduce, publish, display, and otherwise use the child's submitted artwork, first name, age, hometown, and likeness for promotional, educational, or other BLINK and First Financial Bank related purposes, in any media, without additional compensation. This permission applies to all submitted entries, whether or not they are selected as winners.  

• WINNER REQUIREMENTS: The Grand Prize winner must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at the Opening Ceremony and the winner’s parent or legal guardian may be required to sign additional participation and publicity releases prior to the event. 

• MISCELLANEOUS: First Financial Bank, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and advertising/promotional agencies make no representation, warranties, or guarantees of any kind relative to any prize, including its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. By entering the contest, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the contest, or any prize awarded, will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the contest, but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain any award for and hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, except damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any) not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25). By participating, all participants (whether successfully entered or not) release First Financial Bank, its affiliates, its employees and its advertising agency from all liability with respect to any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, or human error) which may either limit the entrant’s ability to submit an entry, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in this contest, or First Financial Bank’s ability to include all eligible entries, notify potential winners, or otherwise execute this contest in the manner intended. Participants further release and agree to hold harmless, discharge and indemnify First Financial Bank, its affiliates, its employees and its advertising agency from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever arising from injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with this contest including, but not limited to: (a) the acceptance, possession, awarding, delivery, mis-delivery, use or misuse of the prize and (b) any travel to or from contest-related activity. First Financial Bank is not responsible for any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or any other materials disseminated by First Financial Bank or any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used by an entrant or First Financial Bank. 

• OTHER TERMS: Decisions of First Financial Bank on all matters related to the contest are final. First Financial Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the contest, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the contest as determined by First Financial Bank, in its sole discretion. First Financial Bank reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. FIRST FINANCIAL BANK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  

• PRIVACY: When participants enter the contest, First Financial Bank collects information from the contest entries.
